Reporter? We would like to hear from current and former area residents!
Send us your birth announcement, coming event, wedding or engagement announcement, anniversary, open house, promotion, graduation, trip, reunion, exciting
news, etc. We have provided a list of basic guestions to answer when submitting some of our more popular news items. Feel free to just copy and paste them into an email to send us but you're welcome to personalize your information as you wish. You can give us the basic facts and we'll put it into story format or write it how you'd like. Just be sure to include your contact information in case we have any questions.
We'd be happy to include a photo in your story. Birth announcement photos are $10 and placed in a display ad. All others are included free of charge. Send your photo by email as a .jpeg or mail to P.O. Box 475, Sidell, IL 618767. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to have your photo returned.
Deadline for all news items is Tuesdays by 2pm.
